For many, they can’t see past crowded or disorganized rooms; and can easily get distracted with the little things that need doing. People shop with logic, but buy with emotion. They are buying a lifestyle. When your home is prepared and your buyer can immediately imagine living there, they are more likely to make an offer. Home staging creates the new home that buyers will dream is their home.

Ready to sell your property? With our on-site staging consultations, you’ll get a focused, professional assessment of what needs to be done to prepare the property for amazing listing photos and showings.  Recommendations to expand the property’s appeal may include to-do’s such as decluttering, painting, updating lighting, flooring, furniture layout and accessory arrangement. References to specialty partners that can accelerate the condition improvements can also be shared.

  • 60 minute walk through with homeowner, verbally addressing condition concerns and must-do’s. To help you prepare, you’ll receive our checklist and a notebook for follow up items. If we have time left, we’ll even do some quick “showcasing!”

  • All of the above PLUS a documented, detailed list of follow-ups and action items (usually 2-5 pages), emailed as PDF to the owner, with CC to agent. Includes contact information recommended partners, and preliminary scheduling to complete any necessary condition work quickly and effectively.

    Best option homeowners who know they have a lot to address, yet need help prioritizing so they can be ready to list ASAP.

    This option is also recommended for flips, to incorporate current trends in in finishes (hardware, colors, etc.). Fee 395 - 450 pending location.

  • It can be hard to visualize living in an empty space.  Using our experience and training, we’ll select and secure the right furniture, accessories, and artwork to give those spaces a warm purpose and inviting ambiance.  Our warehouse is constantly being updated with current pieces, fitting for luxury homes. 

    We’ll asses the property’s needs via a brief (10 minute) walk through of the property or view multiple snapshots to gage size, space, unique features and overall condition. Using this data, you will be provided with a ballpark bid. If the bid meets your needs, a quote and contract will be prepared, ready for electronic signature/acceptance. 50% deposit is due to hold the installation date, with the balance due before the truck delivers.

    Staging contracts are for 60 days and include design time, sourcing and inventory selection, rental, delivery, installation, and de-staging. Please note we believe strongly the power of cohesive and complete staging; we do not rent individual pieces of inventory and minimums do apply; starting from $3400. Request a Ballpark Bid here!

    After a consultation, you’ll have your action plan. You can complete these action items on your timeframe, or we can recommend a team of trusted professionals to get the work done, and get your home listed as soon as possible.

  • Showcasing

    The part you were waiting for! Arranging furniture, accessories, artwork and ensuring the finishing touches are just right. You’re now ready for listing photos and showings!
